How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • We process all orders within 1-4 business days and ship all orders via Fast Shipping UPS Ground, LTL carriers vary for palatalized quantities on a order by order basis.  
  • We provide a tracking number in hope for the best shipping experience for our customers. However, please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, non-business days and holidays.
  • UPS Ground ships within 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please note delivery dates may vary depending on the UPS processing.
  • If your order was not received by the approximated date UPS's discretion, please allow 2 business days as UPS may be delayed in delivering your order. If not received within 5 business days from the approximated date, please contact us or UPS directly to find more detailed information regarding your shipment.

 

Shipping Cut-Off Time

  • All orders received by 3:30 pm CST will be processed the same day and ship by the next business day. If received after 3:30 pm CST, such orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays).

 

Free Shipping Promotion

  • We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping to any orders over $500 to final destination in United States and U.S. only!
    • Exclusions include:
    • Alaska, Hawaii, and off shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
    • APO/FPO and PO Box addresses
  • No coupon code needed (free shipping will be automatically applied!)
  • After your order is processed, transit time typically takes 1 to 6 business days. All shipping methods include a tracking number.

 

For any orders less than $500

  • If your order is less than $500, you are required to pay for shipping. Please choose our shipping options during checkout.
  • However, if you’d like to provide your own shipping label, no problem!
    • Just choose “In-Store Pick Up” option, make a payment and send us an email with order# to receive information about your package weight & dimension.
    • Once you have all the shipping information needed, you can just provide us prepaid UPS/ USPS/ FedEx shipping label via email and we can ship it to you this way as well.

Return Policy

 

*We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is very important to us! We are more than glad to accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery*

 

To qualify for a Return:

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the Sales Transaction date at your own cost (shipping or drop off) and require pre-approval.
  • Items must be new, unused, unopened and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • Items must have been purchased from us, Amorus TX.
  • 10% of restocking fee may be charged.
  • Due to the low-cost nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns for any other reasons at this time. Available returns and exchanges policies apply to U.S. only.

 

Know before making a Return:

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Shipping fee is paid by the buyer for returned shipping. We highly suggest that you include a tracking number. If the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to complete the refund if we cannot track the returned shipment.

 

Items Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items marked as final sale.
    • Sale items are considered a final transaction and all sales are final.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn/used condition.
  • Returns received after 30 days of the Sales Transaction date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

 

What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

  • Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

 

What if there was something wrong with my order?

  • If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us ASAP and we will gladly do our best to find the best solution for you at [email protected]
  • Please note that we will cover the cost of the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

 

How do I make a Return?

  • Please contact us and provide order number, which product/s you'd like to return and why via email.
  • You will get a confirmation to inform if the return request qualifies and is approved or not approved.
  • If it is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

 

Shipping Guidelines

  • Pack all the approved items that you are returning, along with a copy of your receipt securely in a box and ship the package to the return address provided during approval confirmation email. 
  • We highly recommend you that you provide us the tracking number for your returned items. This will allow you to track your package and return process.
  • You will receive an email as soon as we have received your item and when the refund has been approved & processed.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Make sure to choose the right shipping method as the returned order must be received within 30 days of the Sales Transaction date.
